The Love Potion Podcast Episode 6 & More

The Love Potion Podcast: Episode 6 Now Public, Episode 7 Available for Patrons

Episode 6 of The Love Potion Podcast is now live on YouTube and free for everyone to watch. This episode marks the start of a new yearly tradition for the show.

Billycakes and TDavy wrap up 2025 with a relaxed, community-driven episode. The focus is on discussion rather than deep development talk. It’s designed to be easy listening and fun to join in with. A big part of Episode 6 is our first end-of-year tier list segment. The hosts share their thoughts and encourage the community to do the same. If you haven’t posted your list yet, you can still share it in the #tierlist-discussion channel on Discord.

You can also join the conversation on YouTube. Let us know your most and least liked female characters from the NLT-Media games. Your feedback helps shape future episodes and discussions.

Episode 7 Now Available for Patrons

While Episode 6 looks back, Episode 7 looks forward. This episode is now available exclusively on Patreon.

Episode 7 features the return of NLT, six months after his first appearance on the podcast. Billycakes and TDavy open with a short holiday catch up before moving into a deeper discussion.
Much of the episode focuses on Symphony of the Serpent. NLT talks about how the team’s workflow has changed over the past six months. He explains what now works better and what still needs attention. The episode also returns to the topic of AI in game development. NLT shares where he believes AI makes sense and where it does not. He explains why it has been used in specific areas of SoTS. Finally, NLT answers a wide range of community questions. These include technical limits, Daz Studio frustrations, favourite characters, and what players can expect moving into 2026.

We also reveal the current estimated Steam release date for Symphony of the Serpent 🐍

As we head into the new year, we want to thank everyone for their continued support and look forward to an exciting 2026 ahead.
