Backstory – Erica Abraham

Erica Abraham is a 28-year-old Latina, Black woman with deep roots in her Casula tribal heritage. Raised on a reservation that has preserved its traditions for over 2,000 years, Erica’s life took an unexpected turn when she began working as a maid at the mansion of the late Charles Wilkes. Hired just weeks before his death, she quickly found herself tangled in a web of family secrets and mysteries.

Although Charles never introduced Erica to his wife, she couldn’t shake the suspicion that he was hiding something. The twist came when Madalyn Rose, Charles’s enigmatic wife, stopped showing up after Lillian Wilkes arrived to claim the mansion following her father’s death. Madalyn had hired Erica, drawn to her pure Casula bloodline. Madalyn believed that Erica’s heritage was exactly what they needed to revive an ancient and powerful secret—the Toma Leolo. However, they could only find it if Lillian and Madalyn worked together.

Erica’s Silent Struggle and the Dark Secrets of the Mansion

Now, Erica works at the mansion, staying close to Lillian, who pays her well for her services. Her role is clear: she cleans, tends to the house, and avoids the mansion’s darker secrets. She never goes near the lepers, mysterious figures who lurk around the estate, adding to its eerie atmosphere.

Erica secretly longs for sexual domination, but she struggles to reconcile this desire with her insecurities. Despite her natural beauty, she doesn’t see herself as attractive. She resents society’s beauty standards and feels disconnected from the idealized images of beauty. In her eyes, she’s a shy, awkward “ugly duckling,” far from the captivating woman others might see. Yet, Erica hides more than she lets on. She finds herself trapped in a life she never imagined, one full of intrigue, danger, and untapped potential. Soon, her true strength will rise to the surface.
